My mom had a business trip in San Jose (about 30 min. away) this week. In a strange twist of fate, my brother-in-law had a 24 hour layover in San Francisco (he hasn't flown out here in months!!) So we decided to see if we could pull together a little impromptu family reunion. Lisa and Dad snagged the last flight out on Friday (which is also CRAZY tricky to do...especially with a two year old and a baby). Heidi jumped on a flight and came in Saturday morning! SO FUN! We went to breakfast on Saturday and then just hung out at the house. Sophie chased the kitties around like crazy and Jonah and Ezra sat on a blanket cooing at each other. After a yummy pizza dinner, everyone headed back to their hotels for a good night's sleep and today we get to spend a little more time together before we all go our separate ways again. =(

After everyone had left I was picking up and found these together on the floor...how sweet...like father like son. It made me cry a little. I had to take a picture!
