Preparing

Daddy's home! 

HOORAY!!  

 Now it's time to start preparing for our next adventure. 

WOOO!  

 Not going to lie though...the idea of a 5 hour flight 

(well really 8 if you count our stop in Chicago) 

with a wiggly, almost-9-months-old, all-I-want-to-do-is-get-down-and-crawl, Junie is making me suuuuuuuper nervous.  

Cross your fingers that all goes well.

And counting....

It's been 6 days, 6 hours, and about 30 minutes since Daddy left for an amazing training opportunity in Monterey.  

We are so proud of him, and SO excited that he's learning new things...but we are even MORE excited that he's coming home!!

On a side note....this pic made me laugh out loud!

Adventures in food

Junie is LOVING trying all sorts of new foods and textures! 

And, lately Ezra has been LOVING feeding her.  

He thinks it is SO fun to break her little cereal puffs into chunks and laughs every time she pinches one in her tiny fingers and mashes it into her mouth.

Every now and then, he'll ask to feed her from a spoon, but as you can see, that gets a bit messy....and Ezra is NOT a fan of the mess. 

HA!

The big people in the house have been trying new foods too.  

Our new favorite is a delicious peanut butter breakfast cookie. 

I wish I had a picture of the finished product to share....but those things are gone almost as soon as I take them out of the oven!
