Part Three (in which you will find the LARGEST post so far...)

Yesterday we took things slow again.

Kai was up early but Sophie and Jonah slept in.
Isn't baby Kai adorable?
Lisa and Zach decided to let the kids sleep (poor sickey Sophie!) so the rest of us packed up,
and headed out,
to Animal Kingdom!
It was already a SUPER hot (and humid day) so we figured the tree cover in this park would make things a little more bearable.
We decided to head down to the African Safari. Who could resist stopping at these fun cut outs for photos along the way.

My dad was already melting in the heat. HA!
The line for the safari was super short! A giant tortoise living next to the ride held Ezra interest for most of the wait.
We were amazed at how close the animals were to our truck!

Although he doesn't look like it, Ezra was so excited when he saw...
a baby rhino!!!! Isn't it so cute??
He also really liked a huge lake FULL of alligators,
and I of course, loved being so close to a whole family of giraffes!
After the ride was over, we let Ezra stretch his legs and walk over to Rafiki's train.
He wanted to sit in his own seat, like a big kid.

We liked seeing all of the conservation efforts that Animal Kingdom is promoting and taking part in (and Ezra liked eating his lunch from the comfort of his cozy backpack seat).
Ezra felt a little couped up in the exhibit hall (did I mention it was air conditioned??) so we let him loose in the petting zoo.
A goat came too close for comfort and his quick escape resulted in a skinned knee. =(
But, with a few tears, he was up again in no time
On our way to dinosaur land we stopped and joined a drum circle..
and had our picture taken with the Tree of Life (it's HUUUUUUGE).
After riding rides and letting my parents take a much needed break, Ezra got a little slap happy....
We decided we better go meet up with the rest of our family in the Magic Kingdom (this pic is for you Aunt Heidi...shifty eyes. HA!)
Ezra finally got to ride the monorail...although I'm not sure he realized we were on it..he was having his diaper changed for most of the ride...
Mom and Dad were happy to relax in the cool cabin.
Once we got to the park, Sophia's wish of meeting the princesses was coming true. Ezra did NOT want to play with the pretty ladies so Tal took him shopping. They came back with this cool Tex Dynaco car.
With Sophia smiling through her sore throat, we decided to go on rides. Ezra L-O-V-E-D the teacups!
But, he fell asleep before he could enjoy the jungle cruise or the tiki room (They've re-done the tiki room at Disney World to make it more "updated"...we didn't like it AT ALL!)
He was back up in time for small world. Which he wanted to go on twice!

My mom offered to take Ezra to dinner so that my dad, Tal, and I could jump on our favorite ride (The Haunted Mansion).
There was NO line...we got a little silly with just us waiting to be let in to the ride.

We had such a fun day!
