Goodbyes are lame

Although she's only been here for three months, I am going to miss my little Noelle friend so much!! She is by far one of the most incredible 17 year olds I have ever met! She is kind, giving, gentle, sweet, and amazingly strong...in ways that I will never be.

I'm going to miss seeing her every week. I'm going to miss her AWESOME hugs and silly giggles. Our activites will feel so empty without her...EVERYTHING will be so empty without her.

I am grateful though, for the chance I was given to have her as a part of my life. Even if it was for such a short time. She will always have a place in my heart.

Good luck next year my lovely Noelle. When Texas gets too boring, come back home to us. =) Love you!

(p.s. Poor Ezra's hat got smooshed down onto his head right before this picture was taken. As for Noelle's preggo belly....she couldn't fit 9 LAYERS of clothes in her bag so she WORE them! Before she got on the plane, we folded them and belted the bundle to her carry-on bag. You crazy girl!! )
