When we first moved to California I complained about being "seasonally numb". It felt like everything was the same ALL YEAR LONG!! I missed the falling leaves, the snow covered grass, the little budding plants popping up, and the glorious eruption of summer green in Utah. Now that we've been here for almost 5 years I've learned to recognize the subtle hints that nature displays during different seasons. One of my favorite spring things (although you really have to look for them) are blossoming trees! So, even though we're more than a week away from the official first day, happy spring everyone!!

Kish, Kish, Kish!
There is nothing to miss about dead leaves or subzero temperatures. Hmm...I guess I'm obviously more of a "glass half empty" person, aren't I?
