We're slowly finding our niche in the new place....here are some random pics of daily life.
Enjoying the wildlife program at the library
(can you see Ezra's blondy head on the front row? That great horned owl was SO cool!)....
.....sooooooo many backyard Popsicles
(extra delicious when paired with a little reading under the umbrella)...
....Ezra realizing that he can run, jump, stomp, and squeal as much as he wants without Mommy reminding him that there are neighbors living below us!
(Who knew that he had a hyperactive elephant living in that tiny body....there is NEVER a question as to whether or not he is up in the morning)...
...enjoying the front yard roses....
...exploring the neighborhood lagoon
(guess who not only got in with me....but swam and swam and swam!)...
....complete with beach time!
The epic arrival of the two glorious machines that have changed my life =)...
...discovering a quaint little farmer's market in the middle of the week
(it's really more of a festival)...
...and deciding that roast corn in the cool shade and early evening breezes is one of my favorite summertime treats!
...watching the cats discover a WHOLE new (but gated) world...hilarious!
On the baby front, things are pretty quiet.
She's BIG.....and wiggly!!
As of last week I was at 3 cm. but stripping my membranes didn't even create a peep of a contraction. My symphysis pubis dysfunction( aka: super crazy achy hips) is AWFUL....but honestly...we worked SO hard to get here.....and I know that once she's out I will be missing my big happy belly, and the secret little world that she and I shared.
So, as far as I'm concerned she can hang out until she's ready.
We can wait......for now. =)

I'm so sorry about your hips :( Mine are starting to get pretty bad too and sometimes it keeps me up during the night.
It's crazy to think that you could be having your baby ANY DAY now!! Aaahhhhh! So exciting!
I'm so glad you have a washer & dryer. It really is the best thing ever and having more room in your cute house is probably awesome :)
Oh my Jen Jen, I'm so glad to see there are so many good things about moving and leaving behind memories. Hopefully you now realize those memories got packed up and opened on the other side of the bay and new one are already being put on the shelf. This house is going to be a wonderful place for all of you. How could it not be it will be filled with love
