Lets Do Lunch!

Yesterday we finally took the Daddy man up on his offer and joined him for lunch at his new job!

He took us on a tour of the building (no camera's allowed) and then walked us down to,Skool, one of his favorite lunch spots.

It was so fun to be out together as a family during the work week!

Plus the food was delicious!

Ha ha...

...ok this picture may be a bit grossers...

...but half way through eating this AMAZING veggie burger...

...I realized I needed to document it's gorgeous color.

It didn't hold up well to cutting (hence the chunks of burger everywhere) but it TASTED fantastic!!

Ezra even ate 1/4th of it!

Mmmmmm I wish I had some right now!

After lunch we headed back to work where Tal decided to pack things up and call it a day (Friday's are an optional "work at home day")

Ezra fielded a few calls while Talin tidied up his inbox.

Hee hee hee

On the drive back home, Ezra snuggled down with his two best friends and lulled himself into a nap.....soooo sweet!

That binki has GOT to go!!

With the afternoon nap past and gone we headed out for an adventure at the mall.

Our Verizon contracts were due for an upgrade so one of Talin's dreams finally came true....

...he brought home an iphone!!

While we waited for everything to get set up, Ezra discovered the "kid's desk" and went to town on the Dr. Suess ABC learning game.

Hee hee hee, look at that big kid go!

When we got home for our mall time adventures we discovered that our BOOK ORDERS came!!

WOOOOO!!!!

Look at all the books!!!

Even better....look at all this loot for Momma! YAY!

Ezra's been so interested in the alphabet and "going to school" lately, I've decided that he and I are going to do some informal pre-preschool activities during the week.

The plan is to focus on a letter and/or a theme for the week and put together a flexible "daily learning" schedule.
