Craft night with the Young Women

Last night was a "crafting activity" for the Young Women. Who knew that with something as simple as three paper lunch bags...
you can create a fun, mini recipe book?!
We used scrapbook paper, TONS of Mod Podge (which the girls had never seen before...WHAT!?!?!?!), stickers, and ribbons to create happy pages to store our favorite recipes in.
The folded "bottoms" of the bags make charming little pockets for small recipe categories...
and the open "tops" of the bags make HUGE pockets for larger categories. Yep, that's right...I have a lot of dessert recipes! =)
I wish I had thought to bring my camera last night. You should have SEEN how adorable the girls' creations were!! =)

P.S. I think I forgot to tell you that our cereal mosaic of the Young Women's medallion took first place in the Sugardoodle contest! Thanks to everyone who voted!!!
