To switch things up a bit, we headed to the beach. Ezra got bundled into his carseat, and we set off to Half Moon Bay. The fog hadn't rolled in yet, and it was gorgeous. A little cold, but gorgeous.
Ezra stayed snuggled down into his car seat liner, and Jen and I sat and listened to the ocean. We've both felt a little trapped in the apartment lately, and today felt like a fresh start. It's easy to forget how close we are to the ocean.

I am proud of you guys. Everyone needs to get out after having a baby. I wish I could sit on the beach, close my eyes and listen to the ocean. Those are gorgeous pictures!
oh wow you two (err three)! you guys look so beautiful and happy by the beach!! I love that picture of you and jen, talin! and i also love how close you two are to the beach! (i on the other hand must settle for a river... definitely not the same.) i'm so happy for you guys!!
What BEAUTIFUL pics!!! Oh my gosh you guys have seriously transformed! I am always so amazed at what takes place when two people enter parenthood - your countenances have changed - amazing! I can't explain it but - I'm sure you guys now know exactly what I am talking about. I am soo so soooo proud of both of you and the amazing job you are doing! good for you for taking a trip to the beach. I love how calming and reassuring the sound of the ocean is. Seriously - everything is going to be better than ok - this is just the beginning! Love you all so much!
